• Advice on compliance with FERC rules and norms regarding off the record communications.
• Monitor proceedings.
• File motions to intervene, comments, protests, complaints, motions, answers, petitions for declaratory order, petitions for rulemaking, requests for rehearing and judicial review.
• Representation in trial-type hearings.
• As appropriate, informal communications with FERC Chairman, Commissioners,  Commissioners assistants, managers and line, staff, including pre-filing meetings.
• Draft and file National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) comments.
